Kennedy Hall

The principal room at Cecil Sharp House is Kennedy Hall, a grand and spacious hall spanning 252 square metres.

The hall has a sprung wooden floor, plenty of natural light, huge chandeliers, and the eye-catching Ivon Hitchens mural spanning the length of the hall. Double doors and sweeping staircases lead out to a private walled garden.

Emergency exit

To exit this space in the event of a fire or other emergency evacuation, please note that our lift cannot be used and it will be necessary to use steps to reach ground level. Kennedy Hall has 11 steps down to ground level from reception, or 13 steps down to ground level from the rear emergency exits.
