Annual General Meeting, November 2024
The 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 9 November 2024 commencing at 11am.

AGM Minutes Archive
The Board approves and publishes a summary Annual Review and detailed Annual Report and Accounts.
Board Matters is sent to members in April, August and December.
Members can view the current and recent past editions by logging in at efdss.org/my-membership (you will need to create a password if you have not previously registered) and then selecting ‘My Membership’ from the drop-down list.
Memorandum and Articles
The English Folk Dance and Song Society is a company limited by guarantee and a charity registered in England and Wales.
Its governing document is its Articles of Association (pdf). These include the Society‘s objectives, revised and up-dated from the original 1935 Memorandum of Association (pdf).
There is provision in the Articles to make Bye-Laws (pdf).
