Cecil Sharp House Choir and guests invite you to our annual yuletide celebration filled with song, dance, music, and good cheer!
Our special guest performers for tonight will be:
Còisir Lunnainn (London Gaelic Choir): founded in London in 1891, the oldest-running Scottish Gaelic choir in the world
Caroline Muraldo, artistic director of the dance company Muraldo DC, which specialises in traditional dances from both African and the Caribbean
Multi award-winning contemporary folk duo Jackie Oates and John Spiers – and as well as performing as a duo they will also be our house band, accompanying the communal festive singing. Jackie will also treat us to some solos.
Matthew Crampton will return again as our storyteller and compere for the evening.
