At the heart of English folk
Be part of the Future of Folk

Support us

There’s never been a better time to support folk.

If you would like to support the next generation of folk artists, there are several ways you can help us.

Make a donation online

You can make a donation securely online today.

Your gift will mean that more people can join in the folk arts, more folk teachers will be supported, and more artists will receive help at crucial stages in their careers. You can choose to give to a specific department using the tiles on the right, or tell us to use your help wherever the need is greatest.

Make a regular gift to the future of folk

We’re here to make sure that future generations are able to love folk as much as we do.

But we need your help.

Find out how you can help us keep folk alive for future generations.

Every donation you make between now and 2019 is matched by Arts Council England – so you can double your gift without having to do anything extra!

Leave a legacy

Recently, thanks to the incredible generosity of supporters leaving gifts to EFDSS in their wills, we have been able to create a dedicated archive space in the Vaughan Williams Memorial Library, install a lift in Cecil Sharp House, employ a Dance Development Manager, and much more.
