Cecil Sharp House is daily busy with classes, courses, workshops and talks in dance, music and song, including our popular weekly Cecil Sharp House Choir and regular Saturday Folk Music Workshops. We offer something for everyone, and most classes happen at evenings and weekends.


Get Your Folk On!

A creative week of fabulous folk music-making for young people aged 11-18 of all levels of musical experience. Funded by Youth Music.

Appalachian Clog
The return of the new mixed-level course in lively, percussive Appalachian clog dance. Two short courses of three weeks each, taught by leading folk artist Kerry Fletcher.
